Group Training is fully tailored to you and your group’s goals. Whether your workplace is looking to build stronger team connections, your family wants to train together, or you and your partner or friends enjoy sharing your training sessions, we design group programs that suit your needs.
Using strength-based training as the foundation, group sessions are structured to allow you to train hard, have fun, and learn new exercises and techniques — all in a supportive and motivating environment.
Group Training is perfect for those who:

• Enjoy a sense of friendly competition
• Train better and stay more motivated with others around them
While sessions are not one-on-one, every participant still receives individual attention and coaching throughout the session to ensure exercises are performed safely and correctly, and programs are adjusted to suit all abilities.
